The best way to get in touch with us is to visit or call an open branch.

You can also email branches for information, or use the Contact Us form found through the Account menu at the top right of the page (may be three horizontal bars if using a mobile device). Please note that, as the library mailboxes are not monitored 24/7, we cannot guarantee to be able to action emails such as renewal requests before a book's due date and so do not recommend email as a way of renewing.

We aim to respond to emails sent to branches within five working days, and to messages received via Contact Us within two working weeks. Please note that, depending on staff availability, this may not always be possible.
